*Integrative *Restorative *Holistic Therapies *Relax the Mind *Restore the Body *Revive the Spirit I am a skilled licensed massage therapist who specializes in holistic restorative integrative massage and bodywork therapies. My holistic integrative approach combines both Eastern and Western therapies that effectively help facilitate healing in the whole person; body, mind, and spirit. We are not made just of muscle, bones, connective tissue, and organs so, therefore, addressing the emotional and energetic aspect of a person is just as important in a session as addressing the physical parts of a person. By listening to you and using my intuitive skills, experience, and educational knowledge I create an individualized session based on your needs. In each session, I incorporate effective bodywork therapies that include, Eastern energetic bodywork such as acupressure on meridians with or without essential oils, cupping, qua sha, auricular therapy, chakra balancing with sound vibration, reflexology and Reiki. Along with that, I incorporate western modalities that focus on the physical aspect of the body such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral and passive stretching. My approach to bodywork is one that helps to tap into your own innate ability to heal. I use different techniques to help facilitate healing in the physical, energetic, and emotional aspects of yourself.
