Hi! I’m Alicia. I graduated from my massage therapy program in 2020 with nearly 2500 hours of formal education and clinical training. Soon after graduation my family and I relocated to Costa Rica where I spent close to 2 years running my own mobile massage therapy practice. I am trained in a range of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, scar tissue treatment, facilitated stretching, range of motion, sports massage and trigger point therapy. I also have an additional certification in prenatal massage. A few life-changing experiences—as both a competitive, collegiate and national team softball player, and as a mom—have fueled my passion for helping people feel their best and truly understand how the body heals and functions.
Massage
Relaxation massages are a light pressure treatment focused on calming the body and mind. Promotes relaxation and stress relief, with no specific therapeutic work.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage gently targets the lymphatic system just under your skin. While touted as a way to flush toxins, it's mainly used to help with swelling from extra lymph fluid in your tissues.
