A graduate of Sutherland-Chan, I believe strongly in a sensitive, client-centered massage therapy practice. I consider my treatments two sides of the same coin: a deep tissue focus to hammer out those tight muscles and knots, but on the other to hold space and encourage relaxation of the nervous system, especially for those who are seeking treatment for more than just musculoskeletal issues. Ultimately, I strive to tailor treatments to each individual with a mindful balance between the two. So whether you’re looking to address chronic pain, old injuries, fibromyalgia, anxiety/depression, or one of the many forms of PTSD, I look forward to working with you to ensure a comfortable, nurturing environment that promotes healing.
