Stacey Kardash provides customized massage therapy to support your wellbeing with a variety of modalities including Reiki, cupping, myofascial release, therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques. Stacey brings presence, kindness and compassion to her sessions and invites intentionally co-creating space for body awareness and deep relaxation in massage sessions. Stacey is a graduate of Alberta Massage Training (2200 hr), Reiki Master and Certified Life Coach and enjoys reading, travel, music, hiking, walking and active living.
