Adam is a Registered Physiotherapist. Adam has significant clinical experience and knowledge in managing athletic and sports injuries and has been involved with various sports clubs in the past. Adam graduated with a Masters in Science in Physiotherapy Degree from McMaster University. Prior to that, Adam graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Sports Psychology from Laurentian University and another Masters Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa. Adam has co-authored many peer-reviewed journal articles in the areas of Sports Medicine/Psychology and Health Care and has presented his research at many Sports Conferences in Canada. Adam in the past has also served as a Statistical Officer at Statistics Canada. Adam has a strong skill-set in managing Orthopedic and Sports Injuries and incorporates advanced and cutting-edge research in identifying and effectively treating mechanical imbalances in the human body. Adam’s treatment philosophy follows a patient-centered approach and treatment goals are always formulated based upon each individual patients needs and functional/sports goals. Adam has a very good understanding of the pathoanatomy and biomechanics of injuries in an athletic population and how to manage these quickly and effectively. Adam also has significant experience with Ice Hockey and has served as Assistant Coach of the Capital City Condors Ice Hockey Team for four years.
