Dr. Carney is the Clinic Director of Kawartha Therapeutic Centre, with over 20 years of experience practicing in Lindsay, Ontario. He is a chiropractor and certified strength and conditioning specialist, also trained in medical acupuncture, Active Release Techniques, shockwave therapy, therapeutic laser, exercise rehabilitation, and custom orthotics. Dr. Carney takes immense pride in working with you to not only relieve pain, but to help correct the CAUSE of the pain and dysfunction. When this is achieved, a more active life and optimum level of functioning and health can be realized. Dr. Carney will take you through a detailed medical history, provide a comprehensive physical, orthopedic examination (neurological, muscular, skeletal) in order to accurately determine the cause of your pain and dysfunctions. Based on the results of the examination, he will deliver a sound, scientifically evidence-based solution to help you achieve your optimum health goals. Dr. Carney takes a tremendous amount of pride in being able to do this well.
