Kyle was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. He received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. He is also a certified personal trainer, obtaining his certificate from the American Council on Exercise. Kyle also has taken courses with focus on joint mobilization and self-myofascial release techniques. Kyle has grown up with an athletic background, playing rugby, wrestling and volleyball for Sir Charles Tupper Secondary. He has 8+ years experience with bodybuilding and weight training, 4+ years with personal training and has placed 2nd in the Leigh Brandt Muscle Classic bodybuilding competition in 2016 in the Junior’s category at the age of 20. Suffering through many injuries over the years himself, he has a deep understanding of the varying levels of sport and work related injuries that can dampen the quality of life one experiences. Kyle’s focus is to first improve the overall biomechanics of the body in order to develop a firm base which can later be built upon with strengthening and mobilization techniques. Kyle’s overall goal with treatment and training is to help you achieve your personal fitness or rehab related goal and improve your overall quality of life.
