She works to integrate her manual therapy, soft tissue release, gait scan, McKenzie therapy, fascial release, cupping, taping, therapeutic exercise and acupuncture skills into her care to achieve optimal rehab results. After completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University (2008) and Masters of Physical Therapy at Western University (2015), she has proactively sought out more education, such as enrolling in a 18 month Integrative Health Coaching Program, and taken a plethora of courses in lumbopelvic, spine, and chronic pain assessment and treatment.
