Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner Kirsten is an acupuncturist with five years of experience, drawn to the deep connection between body, emotion, and environment. She trained at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nova Scotia, and brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to every session — helping patients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move toward lasting wellness. Committed to continual learning, she regularly deepens her knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care for her patients. Kirsten has a particular passion for women's health, including care through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as facial rejuvenation acupuncture. To deepen the healing experience, she incorporates Acutonics tuning fork therapy and red light therapy into her treatments, creating a calm, restorative space for her patients.
