Kirsten grew up in Labrador surrounded by nature. Growing up with healthcare practitioners helped peak Kirsten’s interest in the body and its connection to our surroundings. A desire to learn more about holistic modalities led her to Nova Scotia where she attended The Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. When Kirsten isn’t learning more about Chinese Medicine she’s reading about astrology and all things mystical. She also loves cooking, hiking, yoga, and meditation. Because of her fascination in energy medicine, Kirsten completed up to level 2 Reiki Practitioner courses. She also has a special interest when it comes to women’s health and facial rejuvenation. The body, mind, and soul work together; communicating to us at all times. It is Kirsten’s goal to help you understand the signs, heal through acupuncture, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and energy healing.
