Katrina is a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia with a strong healthcare background and over a decade of hands-on patient care experience. Before becoming an RMT, she worked as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario for 8 years, building extensive clinical experience in patient care, pain management, and rehabilitation support. She then practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario for 4 years before relocating to British Columbia in 2020. With her combined background in nursing and massage therapy, Katrina brings a deeper clinical understanding of the body and a comprehensive approach to treatment. She is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, recover from injuries, and achieve their optimal level of function through personalized, evidence-informed care. Katrina provides treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, stress-related tension, and chronic pain. Her treatment approach combines Swedish massage techniques with therapeutic applications including myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue techniques—tailored to each client’s individual needs and comfort level. Outside of the clinic, Katrina enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, reading, fitness, and nutrition.
