For anyone that is ages 13 and up that has never seen a Massage Therapist at our clinc before.

This treatment is for patients who have already done the Initial Assessment. Each session begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique concerns, movement patterns, and goals. Treatment is hands-on and tailored to support your body’s natural healing using a variety of gentle techniques—including joint mobilization, soft tissue release, visceral manipulation (to support internal organs), and cranial osteopathy (to calm the nervous system). OMT is suitable for everyone—athletes, prenatal and postpartum clients, those recovering from injury, or anyone dealing with pain, tension, or stress. This holistic, non-invasive approach helps restore balance and function so you can feel and move your best. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, such as leggings, joggers, or athletic wear.
