Hi. My name is Lydia Renee Collins. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who is very passionate about helping individuals who suffer from stress, acute and chronic pain on a temporary or regular basis. I specialize in Swedish Massage with a concentration on neck, shoulder, hip, and back pain. I graduated from Spartanburg Community College with honors, making the Dean's List, and President of the Massage Club. I enjoy teaching, outdoor activities, bowling, spending time with family and friends. I have a 2-year old granddaughter, 2 dogs, and 4 cats. I suffered from sciatica for over 5 years due to a back injury. I incorporated massage into my wellness routine and my sciatica improved tremendously over the years. I became a Massage Therapist so I could help others who suffer from similar pain and/or discomfort so they will be able to enjoy a natural healthier lifestyle without medication(s) when possible.
