4555 Kingsway, 700, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4T8
Pat is a graduate of Simon Fraser University’s Kinesiology program, with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. He has experience working with a variety of populations, including seniors, individuals with orthopedic injuries, and those recovering from motor vehicle accidents. With experience both playing and coaching a variety of sports, Pat has developed a strong understanding of movement, performance, and working with individuals toward their goals. Having also experienced the rehabilitation process himself, he understands the challenges that can come with recovering from an injury. Pat believes that rehabilitation should be individualized, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach. He works collaboratively with each patient to develop comfortable, sustainable programs that can be consistently incorporated both in and outside of the clinic. His goal is to help patients better understand their injuries while providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to recover, build strength, and continue progressing toward their goals. Outside of the clinic, Pat enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active through sports such as soccer, tennis, and golf.
