Krista earned her Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University. Previously, Krista worked as a Rehabilitation Therapist, supporting adults with neurobehavioural challenges and those recovering from brain injury. These experiences deepened her appreciation of how physical health, mental well-being, and quality of life are interconnected — an insight she continues to bring into her osteopathic practice. Her path toward osteopathy was also shaped by her own experience with recurring injuries, where she discovered that lasting recovery requires looking at the body as a whole and recognizing the interdependence of its systems. Krista is passionate about helping patients through a holistic, hands-on approach that emphasizes the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. She works with people of all ages and stages of life. Her practice is rooted in gentle, non-invasive techniques designed to restore balance, improve mobility, and support overall health and vitality. Krista has a special interest in women’s health (pre and postpartum care), pain and injury management.
