Vitality Village Osteopathy and Wellness

8 Queen Street East, Cambridge, ON, N3C2A6

Thank you for taking the time to look into Vitality Village Osteopathy and Wellness. I am the Director and currently the only Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with VV. I completed my Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences in 2021. I completed my undergraduate degree in Honors Human Kinetics: Movement Science back in 2016. Personally I involved myself working with seniors while in my undergrad and had a business coming out of it called Circuits of Life where we presented chronic disease information and exercise to retirement homes. I am still a personal trainer with F45 Guelph, I am an active soccer player and enjoy long distance running and training. I played varsity soccer for the University of Windsor for a short period of time. Before owning my own clinic I worked for Wellness team on Queen and Tonic Physiotherapy in Milton. I enjoy talking all things health: mind. body, and spirit and have a holistic perspective when it comes to application of treatment and getting to know the person I am working with.

Osteopathy: Initial Assessment and Treatment - LONG

If you feel that you need more than a 15 minute discussion and 30 minutes of treatment than we can extend the treatment time to a total of 45 minutes instead of the initial 30. This is for someone who feels that multiple areas of the body need to be addressed thoroughly.
