Tammy Rix is a Student Practitioner of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (CCATCM), with a strong passion for patient-centered care. Her path to Traditional Chinese Medicine was shaped by both professional experience and a personal health journey that led her to explore approaches focused on restoring balance and supporting overall well-being. Through practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the study of Ayurveda, Tammy developed a strong appreciation for care that acknowledges the relationship between physical health, mental well-being, and lifestyle. Now training in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tammy is especially drawn to supporting pain, stress, and chronic conditions by helping the body return to balance. She is committed to offering thoughtful, individualized care and looks forward to serving her community with warmth, respect, and purpose.
