Christina has been a massage therapist since 2007. She is trained in a variety of techniques and modalities including trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, and is a certified aromatherapist since 2018. She is focused on client care and varies her pressure from relaxation to deep tissue based on the clients needs and comfort. Christina believes in the importance of self-care, from keeping up with massage therapy, correcting postural imbalances to stretching and strengthening the body to prevent and maintain muscular issues and for overall well being.
