James is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and achieve their health and wellness goals. He believes in providing individualized, evidence-informed care, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and lifestyle of every patient. James graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy and has a background in kinesiology, providing him with a strong understanding of human movement, biomechanics, and rehabilitation. Prior to becoming an RMT, he gained valuable patient care experience working as a kinesiologist, where he helped individuals recover from injuries, improve mobility, build strength, and return to their daily activities with confidence. This experience allows him to take a well-rounded approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy with movement education and rehabilitation strategies. James treats a wide range of conditions, including muscle tension, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, headaches, neck and back pain, repetitive strain injuries, and stress-related conditions. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to maintain your overall well-being, he strives to create a comfortable, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their recovery. Outside of the clinic, James enjoys staying active, gaming and spending quality time with family and friends.
