Lianne graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and in 2015 went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy at Queens University. Lianne is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities reach their personal goals. By combining her physical therapy skills with her prior experience as a competitive athlete and personal trainer, she hopes to help people get back to their previous levels of participation and activity. Lianne has taken additional training in Pelvic Health Rehabilitation, Functional Dry Needling (IMS), Manual Therapy, Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Soft Tissue Release, and Management in Post-Concussion Syndrome. Her passion for pelvic floor rehab started while she was pregnant with her son. She quickly realized that there was a huge gap in pre/postpartum support for women within the community. She has now started specializing in women’s pelvic health, and is excited to educate, empower, and treat pelvic floor dysfunction. Lianne’s treatment practice includes using manual therapy techniques to help reduce pain and improve function, and exercise prescription for long lasting relief and self-management. She loves the Fraser Valley and all the outdoor activities it has to offer. On weekends you’ll find her hiking, snowboarding, climbing, or doing yoga.
