Hello! My name is Mira and I am the massage therapist with Lavenderpaws Massage Therapy. I have been practicing since 2010 and also have a degree in alternative medicine. My expertise is in advanced neuromuscular therapy and deep tissue. I am available 30, 60, or 90 minute-long sessions. The techniques I offer are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal, and Lymphatic Drainage ( basically manipulating the lymphatic system to reduce any swelling and inflammation).
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapists hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
