Welcome! Looking for a great therapeutic massage or a private/small group yoga therapy session? You will find all the details here! My name is Meadow Goldman. I graduated with a degree in Chemistry and although I decided not to pursue sciences professionally, I am still a bit of a science geek- especially anatomy. I finished massage school and got my massage license in 2006 and have been attending trainings ever since. I have studied many modalities including cranio sacral, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, Thai massageand most recently, neural reset therapy. I enjoy working with a variety of issues from injury recovery to pre and post operative recovery. I have worked with lots of people recovering from motor vehicle accidents. I love to work with athletes and if desired, I enjoy educating clients about the anatomy and kinesiology of their bodies. I began my yoga studies by completing my Bikram certification in 2004. I have studied extensively since then in many different styles including ashtanga, anusara, Iyengar and most recently completed a two yearyoga therapy training with SarahJoy Marsh through the Daya Foundation. I love the beautiful synergy of modern neuroscience and classical yoga philosophy the program taught. Lastly, I am a certified health coach through the institiute of intergrative nutrition. I am happy to share my knowledge of diet and nutrition as part of either a massage therapy or yoga therapy session. When I am not in a yoga therapy or massage therapy session, I am out and about kayaking, skiing, hiking, biking, dancing, doing partner acrobatics or gardening. I love to move! I look forward to meeting you!
