Beyond Physiotherapy

Casey is a BCAK-approved kinesiologist with an Honours degree in Kinesiology from Douglas College. With a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation, she specializes in active rehabilitation programs for ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients, helping individuals recover from injuries and regain functional strength. She grew up as a competitive dancer, her passion for human movement began early. This background continues to influence her approach to rehabilitation and performance training, blending technical understanding with hands-on experience. In addition to her kinesiology work, she remains deeply connected to the dance community as a dedicated coach, mentoring young dancers in both technique and injury prevention. With her knowledge and experience in movement and kinesiology, she is able to connect and help clients reach their goals.
