Mihar is a licensed physiotherapist with a passion for restoring movement, reducing pain, and helping people return to the activities they love. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (India) in 2020 and practiced for over 2.5 years in India before moving to Canada. Since becoming licensed here, she has been practicing for over a year, providing high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Mihar’s primary clinical focus lies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where she works with conditions such as joint pain, muscle injuries, postural dysfunctions, and movement impairments. Mihar uses a combination of joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, therapeutic exercise, and client education to not just treat symptoms—but to address the root cause and prevent recurrence. She believes in active recovery and empowering clients with the tools they need to stay strong and independent long-term. In addition to musculoskeletal care, Mihar is trained in concussion therapy and provides tailored rehabilitation programs to support clients in their recovery from head injuries. A thorough history followed by a detailed and focused physical examination. Following the examination we will relay what they have found during the examination. During this time the we will inform the patient if any imaging is needed and will provide them with a general requisition. If no imaging is needed, we will develop an individualized treatment plan for the patient.
