I graduated massage school in 2010 and founded Body In Balance in 2015. My mission is to treat every individual according to their specific needs. Each session is customized to meet those specific needs by incorporating different modalities, such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and/or Thai massage, into the session. I am committed to my personal and professional growth as a massage therapist and "working owner", as well as, working together with my clients to promote their participation in this powerful process.
