214 Chestnut Street, Dunnville, ON, N1A 2H2

As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, she is deeply committed to holistic health and wellness. She understands the physical and emotional toll that modern life can place on the body, and firmly believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right support. Her journey into osteopathy began through personal experience, after benefiting firsthand from osteopathic treatment. That healing process sparked a passion that has shaped her professional path ever since. Her goal is to provide care that restores structural balance, supports the body’s self-regulating mechanisms, and empowers individuals to live with greater vitality. She takes a preventative, patient-centered approach, tailoring each treatment to support the unique path of every individual toward optimal health. Outside of practice, she strives to live a balanced life. She enjoys swimming, hiking, playing video games, and unwinding with a good movie. Most of all, she cherishes time with her family. As a mother, she understands the physical and emotional demands life can bring an insight that deeply informs the empathy and attentiveness she brings to her care.

Adult Osteo Initial

An adult initial osteopathic treatment begins with a thorough review of your health history and a discussion of your current concerns. The practitioner will perform a detailed assessment of your posture, movement, and areas of discomfort to identify the root causes of your symptoms. Gentle, hands-on techniques are then used to start addressing these issues and restore balance within the body. This first visit is focused on understanding your unique needs, creating a personalized care plan, and helping you feel informed and comfortable with the treatment process.
