Assessment Policy If you have not been seen at APEX for 3 months or more, or if you present with a new or recurring injury, a new assessment will be required. If you book an appointment and our team determines that an assessment is necessary, we will do our best to accommodate this within your scheduled time. However, in some cases this may require two appointments or a rebooking to ensure you receive the best possible care.
