I specialize in swedish massage with slower firm guides from muscle to muscle as your stress just melts away with each stroke. I also specialize in deep tissue searching and treating the root cause of your discomfort and pain like a puzzle to be solved through deep pressure and breath to release those problem areas you didn't even know were part of the problem. Everything is connected so I treat what needs to be treated to get those results. I am a Connecticut licensed massage therapist. I've been a practicing massage therapy for 14 years.
