Hi, I’m Jessica — a Registered Massage Therapist since 2020 and in practice since 2021. I specialize in deep tissue techniques and have a strong interest in working with individuals experiencing chronic pain. My treatments blend deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage to help release built-up tension and promote lasting relief. I’m passionate about helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and believe in tailoring each session to meet your specific needs. Whether it’s through focused breathwork, gentle stretching, or postural awareness, I aim to support your wellness both on and off the table. I want you to leave each session not only feeling better, but also more connected to your body. In addition to my core techniques, I also offer sports massage, prenatal and postnatal care, and dynamic cupping. I’m continually expanding my knowledge to provide the most effective treatments for your goals. I look forward to working with you!
Prenatal massage treatments are offered once patients have reached their second trimester, after 13 weeks of pregnancy, to help ensure comfort and safety throughout treatment. Using modified techniques and supportive positioning, treatment can help reduce muscle tension, ease back and joint pain, improve circulation, decrease swelling, and promote relaxation. Please contact us if you have any questions or if there is any important health history that the therapist should be informed about beforehand. We also recommend considering Physiotherapy treatment if you are less than 13 weeks pregnant and are looking for help with discomfort, but are not yet far enough along for prenatal massage therapy.
