I grew up surrounded by the sacred Jemez Mountains in Northern NM and moved to Fort Collins as a teenager. I completed my undergraduate studies at CU Boulder in Marketing , but was not yet ready to settle into a career. I spent the next couple of years traveling abroad, visiting (or working) in Australia, New Zealand, Bali and SE Asia. This life experience opened my eyes and mind to the world and introduced me to the healing power of Reiki. I completed my Reiki I and Reiki II training at Vagabond Temple in Kep, Cambodia. Upon my return to Colorado, I enrolled in and completed the year- long apprenticeship Reiki Master training at the Colorado Reiki School in Boulder owned by a Barbara Brennan (author of Hands of light) graduate. I was blessed with the opportunity to volunteer at the Chanda Center, where I provided Reiki healing sessions to individuals with spinal cord injuries. I bounced around the mountains of Colorado for a few years, co-owning an organic, chakra based juice shop in Salida and then as a Spa Manager at hot Springs in Buena Vista and later as a Spa Manager in Telluride. My passion for healing pointed me in the direction to become a Massage Therapist. I completed the program at the Academy of Natural Therapy which is a nationally recognized massage school, the only school in the country with 5 accreditations. The program included rigorous coursework and extensive hands-on experience (750 hr). My specialties are neuromuscular, swedish, shiatsu, reflexology, deep tissue, trigger point and canine massage. In my spare time, I like to hike, run, and spend time with my dogs, Roo (rescue - blue heeler mix ) and Charlie (basset hound). Massage therapy is an art-form , it blends a compassionate heart with healing touch. I strive to treat each person as individual soul and create space for their healing journey. I have extensive experience in the mobile massage arena as well as classic day spas and truly enjoy delivering a relaxing experience to those clients. I offer a unique style of therapy with an intuitive approach to resolving chronic pain and overuse injuries. Every client is unique so I assess each individual’s posture and range of motion and evaluate them throughout each session. Based on need I utilize modalities such as neuromuscular, deep tissue, sports massage and stretch therapy along with other alternative techniques in order to reduce pain, increase range of motion and facilitate healing. Educating my clients is the key to continued health and well-being. I give 100% to each and every client whether they’re a professional athlete or a tired soul seeking a relaxing experience.

A deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve chronic pain, tension, and stiffness. It uses slower, more intense strokes to focus on problem areas, helping to break down muscle knots, improve flexibility, and enhance circulation. While it may be intense, it’s highly effective in promoting long-term relief and relaxation. we seal it with hot towels or hotstones
