1 Hour Massage
Myofascial Release

Each session will start with a body evaluation to gain clear insight to the body’s needs in that session. The treatment will be dependent on the intake and evaluation and will be a fusion of modalities such as visceral manipulation, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and visceroemotional work. In preparation for the sessions it is best not to wear body lotion or oil and drink plenty of water both before and after.
