Hello, my name is April and I’ve been working with massage patients since 2009. My goal is to help as many people with their quality of life, through the healing art of massage. I am trained in several different modalities yet often perform deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation and Swedish, with stretching techniques and other enhancements like cupping, hot stone, etc,.I look forward to working with you in the future.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. It is believed that the feet have reflex points for all the organs, glands and areas of the body and that stimulating these areas may improve overall health. *One does not have to schedule an additional session of reflexology if they want it added onto their session. Please, just tell the therapist.
