Hello, I’m Pav! I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University before moving to Australia to complete my Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Sydney. During my time in Australia, I gained experience working in a variety of areas such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers and private clinics where I worked alongside patients with musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions. I moved back to Canada in 2021 and joined the Bump Team as a Client Experience Coordinator whilst preparing for my physiotherapy registration exam. It was during this time with Bump that I found my interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy and a desire to educate women on their health and support them in their return to normal activities whilst improving their overall quality of life. I truly believe every individual is unique in their own way and so are their goals, which is why I like to structure each patient’s course of treatment around their desired goals. My treatment approach is focused around providing education and exercise-based therapy and allowing clients to be active participants in their course of care. Making sure my patients feel heard and comfortable is of utmost importance to me. Outside of the clinic you can find me spending time with my dog, family/friends, keeping up with Sports TV or catching sunsets with a cup of coffee!
