Rhouri Shepherd holds a diploma in Massage Therapy as well as a degree in Kinesiology with an extended focus on myofascial, neuromuscular, trigger point and movement-oriented issues. From easing sore muscles to dealing with old injuries, he aims to limit pain and restore range of motion. Considering the needs of the client from deep pressure to relaxation, he is client focused and will work with you to create the best treatment plan for your success.
