I've always enjoyed living an active lifestyle, from years of horseback riding to exploring the outdoors on Vancouver Island. Through my own experiences with injuries and rehabilitation, I became fascinated by how the body moves, heals, and adapts. That curiosity inspired me to pursue a career in kinesiology and help others return to the activities that bring them joy. What I enjoy most about being a kinesiologist is empowering people through movement and education. I love helping clients understand the "why" behind their pain, injury, and exercise program so they leave each session feeling informed, confident, and equipped to take an active role in their recovery. My approach is collaborative, evidence-informed, and tailored to each person's individual goals, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, returning to a favourite activity, or simply looking to improve your overall health. I'm passionate about continuing to grow as a clinician and staying current with rehabilitation research so I can provide the best possible care. I believe movement should feel approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable, and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, learning about their bodies, and celebrating their progress. Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, kickboxing, horseback riding, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen with my cat.
