I believe physiotherapy is most effective when it’s a partnership. I work collaboratively with patients to create personalized treatment plans, fostering a safe and trusting environment where they feel empowered to achieve their goals. I completed my bachelor’s in kinesiology at Queen’s University and my master’s in physiotherapy at McGill University. My clinical placements in Montreal and Belgium helped me become proficient in treating patients in both English and French. I also value an active approach to rehabilitation and am excited to incorporate clinical Pilates into my practice as I pursue further training in 2025. In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, biking, and playing beach volleyball—anything that gets me outdoors! As a new resident of Vancouver, I’m excited to explore the city’s nature and diverse cuisine.
