Hello, my name is Sydney and I obtained my licence as an RMT in BC in 2020. My passion has always been working with people and learning about the human body, and with that, came a career in Massage Therapy. I use a variety of techniques including Swedish, fascial, neuromuscular facilitation, and manual release. I will look at reconciling biomechanics with pain science for an integrated treatment plan, as well as look at using a biopsychosocial approach to pain management as appropriate. I continued to pursue certification in Personal Training in order to help serve clients better in home care and assessments. I believe everyone has something to teach me, and so, I look forward to what we can learn together. (PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT deal with WorkSafe BC Claims or ICBC).
