I joined the Calm Spirit team in 2022. I find great alignment here because CS encourages multiple techniques to help clients feel better and achieve an enhanced quality of life. My mission is to help others find healing and have a positive impact on their lives. By offering massage and live blood analysis I am grateful to be able to do just that. I have a passion for all things health and wellness as well as a strong belief that everything in our bodies is connected. It brings me fulfillment to help others optimize their bodies potential through a variety of modalities! I would classify my massage technique as light-medium pressure and do not offer deep tissue. I shine in relaxing, stress relieving massages and especially enjoy focused work on the neck and hips
