Maxine is a Registered Massage Therapist who provides client-centered care tailored to your needs and how your body is feeling. With a background in dance, personal training, and injury prevention, she brings a strong understanding of movement and function into her treatments. She uses a variety of techniques, providing specific, targeted work to address the root of your pain, including deep tissue, fascial-based techniques, and trigger point therapy. Maxine enjoys working with a variety of clients, including children, athletes, and active individuals, with a focus on improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting overall function.
