I have always been drawn to connecting with people in order to help heal whatever burden in their life ails them. The trouble that afflicts my clients could involve both mind and body. I will provide massage and bodywork that will release the pain away from my clients. I will work to remove the barriers in my clients that can be so debilitating. This will then enable them to be uplifted and rejuvenated. Rejuvenation is the act of making someone newly fresh or full of energy, it is the process of making someone look or feel better, younger, or more vital. This is my mission, to restore youthful vigor and vitality to my clients so they can leave my wellness center feeling recharged, renewed, and reawakened.
Massage
Medical massage is an outcome-based practice that aims to relieve pain from various medical conditions, injuries, and mental stressors. Medical massage therapy is designed to strategically target medical conditions that are diagnosed by a physician or traumatic injury recovery. During your medical massage treatment, your therapist will use different massage techniques and procedures. Medical massages usually occur in 30-minute or 1-hour blocks of time.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
