I received a Bachelors degree in Community Health Sciences with a focus on Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Reno, in addition to my massage training from Milan Institute-Sparks. With a passion for holistic health, knowledge of therapeutic techniques, understanding of meditation/ relaxation practices, my approach is rooted in the belief that well-being encompasses both physical and mental aspects, and I strive to support clients in achieving a balanced and harmonious state of health.
