Tabitha Legere is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-informed care that supports each patient's unique health and wellness goals. She completed her Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology in Barrie, Ontario, before returning home to Victoria, British Columbia. Drawing on years of education and extensive clinical training, Tabitha provides evidence-informed, patient-centred care with a focus on helping patients achieve their individual health and wellness goals. She is committed to ongoing professional development and strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard and cared for. Her treatment approach combines myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic Swedish massage to create treatments that are both effective and deeply relaxing.
