Dr. Terrie began her career as a certified chef before developing a deep passion for herbal medicine, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices. Inspired by her own Naturopathic Doctor while attending university, she pursued naturopathic medicine and has now been in practice for over 25 years. Recognized as the “Most Outstanding Clinician” in her graduating class at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Terrie went on to establish successful naturopathic clinics in Whitby, Ontario and Qualicum Beach, Vancouver Island. She later spent five years as Western Accounts Manager for Douglas Labs Pure Encapsulations, where she trained integrative healthcare practitioners in advanced nutritional supplementation. Dr. Terrie has also completed extensive training in medical aesthetics, incorporating treatments such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), Nutritional Skin Boosters, hyaluronic acid, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers to support skin rejuvenation and healthy aging.
During your initial visit, your Naturopathic Doctor will conduct an extensive review of your health history, current medications, and lifestyle, potentially perform a physical exam and in-office tests, explain findings, and provide personalized nutrition, supplement recommendations, and suggestions for further testing if needed.
