Each massage session is designed around the needs of the client. You will have an intake with your therapist to discuss your goals and techniques or tools to create a tailored experience. All of our massages include relaxation and restorative / therapeutic techniques. Your session may include skills like myofascial release, deep tissue (slow, detailed, and intentional), hot stones, lymphatic drainage, joint mobilization, sports massage, stretching, prenatal massage, gua sha (muscle scraping), or cupping.
