Stephanie Racicki, DPT, CIDN, is an experienced physical therapist who has spent many years helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries and get back to doing what they love. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Walsh University in 2012 and co-authored a systematic review published in the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy on the conservative management of cervicogenic headaches. Stephanie completed her orthopedic residency training through the Cleveland Clinic and became Board Certified in Orthopedics in 2016. She has extensive hands-on experience in soft tissue and joint mobilization and is certified in dry needling. She takes a whole-body approach to treating both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions and has advanced training in TMJ disorders, headaches, and upper cervical spine conditions. Outside the clinic, Stephanie is an athlete herself and is passionate about staying active and helping others do the same. She recently started taking figure skating lessons and enjoys the challenge of learning a new sport. She believes that everyone deserves to live life to the fullest—whether that means returning to competition, keeping up with family activities, or simply moving without pain. Stephanie and her husband, who is heavily involved in hockey, stay busy keeping up with their two active children and all of their family’s adventures.
