Deeply passionate and knowledgeable about integrative health & wellness and therapeutic, corrective bodywork. Has over 15 years of healthcare and social work background, as well as a graduate from Austin Massage Academy, certified Integrative Health Practitioner, and current Naturopath/Orthomolecular apprentice with the Goyetche Institute. Am extremely comfortable with Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, gua sha, muscle scraping and cupping therapy, in addition to, lymphatic work and traditional Japanese Usui Reiki and Spinal Flow (by Dr. Carli Axford.) My treatments aim to release tightly bound tissue, break up adhesions, and remove blockages to help restore the flow of blood and lymph to help reinvigorate the musculoskeletal system as well as provide relief from pain & relax the mind, body, and nervous system.
