As an experienced yoga instructor, and Board Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork professional, my primary goal is to establish and nurture a strong connection with my community and clients. With a diverse background in travel, and extensive studies in breath work, somatics, anatomy, movement, and birth work, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practices. Throughout my life, I have dedicated myself to reading and learning about health, healing, wellness, physical anatomy, and the mind-body-spirit connection. Specializing in kinetics, Deep Tissue Orthopedic work, as well as CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and breath work, I am committed to continuously expanding my expertise to better serve my community and provide exceptional care for my clients. Over the past decade, I have been teaching yoga, honing my understanding of movement and anatomy while actively pursuing my 500-hour Yoga Alliance approved training. Additionally, I am currently working towards my CranioSacral Therapist Certification.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
