Patient can choose between deep tissue, Swedish relaxation or a combo. Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage technique designed to target and release tension deep within the muscles and connective tissues of the body. It is particularly effective for addressing chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and tightness or tension resulting from injury, overuse, or poor posture. Swedish relaxation massage is a gentle, full-body treatment designed to soothe tension and promote relaxation using light-to-medium pressure. It employs long, gliding strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the topmost muscle layers, usually to improve circulation and reduce stress. No call no shows will be charged the full price. Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged half price. Total massage time will be 50 minutes. Optional add ons: CBD Oil $10. Hot Stone $10.
