I am thrilled to be part of the Prosper and Celina communities, and even more thrilled to have a front row seat to all of the exciting growth this area has experienced in the close to 10 years I have been here. The massages I do are custom tailored to my clients needs. I dont do routines, and your chief complaint will be my starting point. As part of LMT life, I stay current with new techniques and technologies and continuing education to bring you treatments such as RPW (Radio Pulse Wave). I have worked on MLB, NFL, NHL, and NBA current and former professionals, former Olympic and prospective Olympic athletes, local student phenoms, triathletes, marathon runners, weekend warriors, desk workers, those that have experienced trauma of some sort (car accident, hit by an object), and everyone in between. I have a proven track record of helping people reduce or alleviate their pain.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
