Sammy graduated from the Massage therapy program at Fleming College in 2022, after earning a BA in Human Kinetics from STFX University in Nova Scotia in 2020. She is committed to providing professional massage in a safe, comfortable and positive space. She can treat a variety of conditions, injuries, general maintenance and chronic pain. Throughout her treatments Sammy utilizes a large variety of techniques including Gentle (relaxation) massage, traditional Swedish massage, stretching, trigger point therapy and remedial exercise techniques to optimize your relaxation. Sammy adapts each of her treatments to achieve the treatment goals to best suit each clients needs.
