Dr. Colleen Hile is a chiropractor and acupuncturist. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2017 where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class. Dr. Colleen believes in a gentle approach to chiropractic and utilizes a variety of techniques including both manual and drop table adjustments. She is also certified in use of the Activator instrument which uses a handheld tool to deliver adjustments rather than the traditional hands-on techniques. Dr. Colleen strives to create not just a welcoming atmosphere for her patients but also treating each patient as an individual with an approach to their care that is as unique as they are. She believes in using a combination of therapies beyond just spinal adjustments, including things like soft tissue work, exercises, rehabilitation work, and acupuncture. She values collaboration with other members of the AIM Health Team as we all work together to bring out the best in our patients. In her time away from the office Dr. Colleen loves to read, craft, and dance. She loves to spend time with her husband Trevor and their pets: Rocket, Rhubarb, and Oreo.

Acupuncture

Initial Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional healing practice that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body. This technique is believed to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, balance energy (or "qi"), and promote overall wellness. Acupuncture is commonly used to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and treat a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, digestive issues, and headaches.
